Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of EZ GDrive Upload Bot. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
EZ GDrive Upload Bot provides tools for transferring user-selected Telegram files, Mini App files, and supported HTTP/HTTPS URLs to a Google Drive account connected by the user.
2. Your Account and Authorization
You are responsible for the Telegram and Google accounts you connect to the service. You must have authority to use those accounts and to upload the files you submit.
3. User Content
You retain responsibility for your files and links. The service does not claim ownership of content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the content complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Use
- Upload, distribute, or facilitate unlawful content.
- Infringe copyright, privacy, contractual, or other rights of third parties.
- Distribute malware or intentionally harmful files.
- Abuse, disrupt, overload, probe, or attack the service or related infrastructure.
- Use the service in violation of Telegram, Google, or applicable provider policies.
5. Google Drive
Google Drive access is provided through Google OAuth. The service uses the authorization granted by you only to provide its upload functionality. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time.
6. CRZ Bot
Some advanced workflows, including MKV processing, torrents or magnet links, and mirror-link handling, may be provided through the separate CRZ bot. Availability and processing behavior of those features may differ from the standard EZ GDrive upload service.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an availability basis. Features may be changed, interrupted, limited, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, infrastructure, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Third-Party Services
EZ GDrive Upload Bot relies on services operated by third parties, including Telegram and Google. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken by those providers.
9. No Warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made that every file transfer will complete successfully or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from failed transfers, unavailable third-party services, loss of access, or misuse of the service.
11. Suspension or Termination
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with legal requirements, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page with the current “Last updated” date.
