Privacy Policy
EZ GDrive Upload Bot helps users upload files they choose from Telegram, direct HTTP/HTTPS links, and the Telegram Mini App to their own Google Drive. This Privacy Policy explains what information the service processes and why.
1. Information We Process
- Your Telegram user ID, used to associate your account with your Google Drive connection and upload jobs.
- Google OAuth authorization data needed to connect your Google Drive account.
- A Google refresh token, stored so uploads can continue after authorization.
- File metadata such as file name, MIME type, size, upload status, and destination folder.
- Files or URLs you explicitly submit for upload.
2. Google Drive Access
The service requests the Google Drive drive.file permission. This permission is used to create and manage files that the application uploads or creates on your behalf. The service does not request unrestricted access to all files in your Google Drive.
3. How Google Data Is Used
Google account data is used only to provide the Google Drive upload features requested by you. Google authorization data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertisers.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Token Storage and Security
Google refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form by the application. Access to application data is restricted to service components required to provide upload functionality. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect stored data.
5. File Processing
Files submitted through Telegram, the Mini App, or supported direct links may pass through the service server while being transferred to your Google Drive. Files are processed only for the requested upload operation and are not claimed as property of the service.
6. CRZ Bot Integration
EZ GDrive Upload Bot may direct users to the separate CRZ bot for features such as MKV processing, torrent or magnet handling, and mirror-link processing. Those actions are separate from the standard Google Drive upload flow.
7. Data Retention
Authorization data may remain stored while your Google Drive account is connected. Temporary transfer data and upload-job information may be retained only as needed for operation, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
8. Disconnecting Google Drive
You may disconnect Google Drive through the application. You can also revoke the application's access from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents the service from using the revoked authorization credentials.
9. Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party platforms including Telegram, Google Drive, and Google OAuth. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Acceptable Content
Users are responsible for the files and URLs they submit. Do not use the service to upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates the policies of Telegram, Google, or applicable service providers.
11. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
12. Contact
For privacy questions, account disconnection, or data-related requests, contact the support email shown on the EZ GDrive Upload Bot Google OAuth consent screen.
